We’re working on your order now! Orders are typically picked, packed, and shipped within 1–2 days, excluding weekends. Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST begin processing the following business day. If you place an order after 1:00 PM MST on Friday, it may not ship until the following Tuesday.

You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details once your order ships. In the meantime, you can view your order status and detailed tracking information anytime at tracking.truewerk.com. Look up your order using your email address, order number, or tracking number.
