Returns

To complete a return for a refund, ensure the product is unworn with the tags on. We offer easy returns on domestic orders within 60 days of purchase.

We now offer Protected Checkout*, a way to unlock free return shipping for eligible items by paying a small fee at the time of purchase.

• If you opt into Protected Checkout during checkout, your return shipping is covered—no additional charge.
• If you decline Protected Checkout, you can still return items through our Return Portal, but a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Return and Exchange Portal.
Have your order number & shipping zip code ready.
Select a refund to your original payment method or TRUEWERK store credit.
Print your prepaid shipping label and send back the original item.

🚫 Do not combine returns or exchanges for different orders—they must be processed separately.

💳 Refund Processing

✔️ Once we receive we will verify your returned item(s) within 5 business days, then process your refund or store credit. 
✔️ Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process through your financial institution.
✔️ If the original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for future purchases at TRUEWERK.com.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon arrival.
• If an item is missing or not in acceptable condition, you may be responsible for the cost.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for items purchased through the Crew Store. All items are final sale.
