🔄 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return, visit our Return and Exchange Portal and have your order number and shipping zip code ready. You can also click "Return Order" from our FAQ page.

📦 Return & Exchange Process:

✅ Choose between a refund, exchange, or TRUEWERK store credit.
✅ Receive a prepaid shipping label to return your original item(s).
🚫 Do not combine returns or exchanges from different orders—each must be processed separately.

🔄 Processing & Refund Timeline

🔍 Once we receive and verify your returned item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
📦 Exchanges are subject to stock availability upon receiving the returned item(s).
💳 Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed by your financial institution.
⚠️ If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue store credit for future purchases at TRUEWERK.com.
