Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

📦 Order Processing:

• Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST on Friday or over the weekend may not ship until Tuesday.

📩 Tracking & Notifications:

• You'll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number once your order ships.

🚚 Delivery Estimates (After Shipment):

• Ground Shipping: 7-9 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Expedited Shipping:
  • Orders under $1,999.99: 3-4 business days.
  • Orders between $2,000 - $10,000: 4-5 business days.

🔄 DHL Final Mile Delivery:

• If your order ships via DHL, final delivery is typically handled by USPS.
• Tracking Delay Notice: There may be a brief delay in tracking updates while your package transfers from DHL to USPS, but updates will resume with the same tracking number.
• USPS may deliver your package to your mailbox or parcel locker.
