Tracking Your Order

We’re excited for you to receive your gear! Here’s how you can track your order:

🔍 Track Online:

• Click “Track Order” at the top of our FAQ page.
• Use the tracking details from your order confirmation email or SMS to track directly with the shipping provider.
• Log into your TRUEWERK account on TRUEWERK.com to check your order status.

📦 Order Processing & Shipping Timelines:

• Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST on Friday or over the weekend may not ship until Tuesday.

🚚 DHL Final Mile Delivery:

• If your order ships via DHL, final delivery is typically handled by USPS.
• Tracking Delay Notice: There may be a brief gap in tracking updates during the transfer from DHL to USPS, but updates will resume with the same tracking number.
• USPS may deliver your package to your mailbox or parcel locker.
