How do I handle an order that was marked delivered but not received?Updated 2 months ago

📦 My Package Says "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It—What Should I Do?

🚚 Carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" early, but they typically arrive within one business day.

📍 Where to Check First:

✔️ Mailboxes & Parcel Lockers – DHL uses USPS for final mile delivery, meaning your package may be in your mailbox or parcel locker.
✔️ With Neighbors – If you live in a shared building or community, check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered.

📌 If your package has not arrived after a full business day, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier or arrange a replacement if needed.
