📦 How to Start a Gift Return

1️⃣ Visit our Return and Exchange Portal.
2️⃣ Have your order number & shipping zip code ready.
3️⃣ Select the gift return option for store credit.
4️⃣ Print your prepaid shipping label and send back the original item.

🚫 Do not combine returns or exchanges for different orders—they must be processed separately.

💳 Store Credit Processing

✔️ Once we receive your returned item, we’ll promptly issue your store credit.
✔️ Store credit will be sent as an electronic gift card for future purchases on TRUEWERK.com.
