TRUEWERK Warranty

Our gear is Built like it matters — because it does. And we stand behind it. If something doesn’t hold up the way it should, we’ll make it right.

We offer a 365-day product warranty from the original purchase date on manufacturing defects, material failures, or workmanship issues. If your gear doesn’t perform the way it was built to, we’ll exchange it — no hassle. Warranty replacements are limited to one claim per product within the 365-day warranty period.


What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or construction defects
  • Material failures
  • Premature breakdown not caused by normal use
  • Workmanship issues

If the gear fails before it should, we’ll replace it.


What’s Not Covered

Even the toughest gear shows signs of a job well done. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Paint, oil, concrete, or jobsite stains
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or garment alterations

How to Start a Warranty Claim

If your order is within 365 days:

You can start a warranty exchange directly through our Return Portal:

  1. Visit the portal
  2. Enter your order number + shipping zip code
  3. Select “Warranty” as the reason code
  4. Follow the prompts to upload photos and details of the issue
