Does TRUEWERK Offer a Warranty?

Absolutely! If your gear doesn’t live up to your expectations, we’ll exchange it for up to 365 days from the original purchase date.

How to Initiate a Warranty Exchange

🛠 If your order was placed within the last 60 days:

  1. Visit our Return Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and the zip code where it was shipped.
  3. Select "Warranty" as the reason code.

📌 If your order is older than 60 days but within 1 year, please contact our Customer Service Team for a warranty replacement.

📌 Please Note:

  • Our warranty does not cover paint stains or other stains caused by normal job site wear and tear.
  • Need stain removal tips? Check out the Care Instructions section in our Help Center.

Our Colorado-based Customer Service Team is available 7 days a week.
